The Level 2 Certificate 'Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver' (often delivered as a BTEC) is an Ofqual-regulated qualification accepted or required by many councils. It covers the driver's role and the law, road safety, customer service, routes and fares, safeguarding and equality. This is practice for that test — work through all the units below.
